The controller, model DHI-ASC3202B, simplifies credential and access management while providing a robust set of options for advanced configuration. The new 2-door web controller is designed to grow with the enterprise and ensure its perimeter is protected at scale.
The DHI-ASC3202B 2-door controller provides a solution for managing access control devices from a single remote interface. The controller has two modes of operation – stand-alone and software control. Standalone mode utilizes the main controller’s web interface to manage your access products, such as readers. Any additional controllers added must be in software control mode, controlled by the main controller UI. If you want the DHI-ASC3202B to be controlled by DSS, all controllers go into software control mode. Each mode can control up to 2 doors, expandable up to 500 doors with DSS Pro.
The market has clearly demonstrated the need for a controller with PoE (IEEE802.3at) capability, managed through a mobile application and used as an open platform for managing third-party readers. Dahua meets every need. Our network access controllers allow integrators to easily set up their Dahua readers and add flexibility to use readers from other manufacturers. The product also offers remote management capabilities that can reduce or even eliminate maintenance travel time for integrators.
The web interface provides an overview of the access control network, allowing real-time monitoring. Administrative controls—such as hardware I/O configuration, remote lock/unlock, and log export—provide all the necessary functions to manage an access control system.

Dahua’s new web controller continues our cutting-edge innovation in access control products, thanks to the launch of the second-generation reader. The second generation – now in a modern piano black flush design – has improved reading range and better security logic, utilizing the user ID as a unique identifier. Coupled with the higher IP66 rating, the reader also has a higher operating temperature rating. A tamper-proof alarm, standard on all readers, deters vandalism and will sound an alarm if someone attempts to tamper with the reader.
