The acquisition of Eagle is the first of several future acquisitions the company expects as TMA expands beyond organic growth and leverages a $68 million strategic growth investment from Silversmith Capital Partners.
Global economic pressures are forcing organizations to gain a more holistic view of their processes to achieve greater returns on assets. TMA Systems’ acquisition of Eagle Technology will accelerate the pace of innovation in its platform, providing all customers with enhanced predictive maintenance capabilities. Both companies have critical IoT integrations with additional partners that facilitate real-time alert monitoring, continuous inspection and diagnostics of critical equipment, and accelerate data-driven decisions to maximize asset lifespan And reduce asset downtime.
