Supplier Outreach Aims to Grow Montgomery County Business Partnerships – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

DAYTON – This afternoon, Montgomery County will host an outreach event for suppliers to expand partnerships with local businesses and educate companies on how to do business with the county.

According to the press release, the event will be held at the Business Solutions Center on Cincinnati Street in Dayton from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This event will provide information on services, upcoming projects, where to download bid opportunities and how to register as a county supplier.

“We know we’re spending taxpayer money, and by connecting and doing business with thousands of suppliers, we can spend that money wisely,” said committee chair Caroline Rice. “Our other goal is to partner with local businesses. That way, we reinvest taxpayer money back into the local economy.”

The release goes on to say that 16,000 vendors are currently working with Montgomery County.
