DELAFIELD — The city will hold a special meeting of the Joint Common Committee and Planning Committee on Monday to learn about the viability of the business park as part of the Highway 83 corridor.
The information will be presented by Nicole Reeve, executive director of the Waukesha County Development Center. The presentation will also include the overall role of the WCCG.
Delafield City Administrator and Director of Public Works Tom Hafner said the council is looking at proposals that could change land use along Highway 83 from residential to more business park-type land uses.
“Its purpose is to bring in experts and provide some expert information about the needs of the business parks in the area,” Hafner said.
The presentation will be followed by questions and discussions on the topic.
The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 500 Genesee St.
