Leadrive Technology, a Hong Kong-based provider of new energy vehicle power semiconductors and motor control solutions, has completed its Series C financing.
The transaction amount was not disclosed.
Existing shareholder Legend Capital continues to support this round of financing.
The company plans to use the funds for the construction of IGBT/SiC power module packaging production lines, the rapid production and operation of motor control products, and the research and development of the latest generation of silicon carbide power modules and motor control products.
Founded in 2017 and led by Dr. Shen Jie, CEO of Leadchi Technology, has been committed to the forward R&D and production of power semiconductor modules and high-performance motor control units, bringing high-quality power to global automotive enterprise customers and consumers.
