Former Monroeville car rental manager faces charges

A former manager of a Monroeville car rental company has been charged with fraudulently renting out cars in exchange for cash and heroin. Police said some of the vehicles were used to commit crimes such as robbery and theft of catalytic converters. Police will conduct an audit, which police suspect will lead to the discovery of more missing vehicles. In addition to the charges she faces, Neubauer was fired from her job at the company.
