* Annual new business

* Curb Appeal/Property Improvement Award

* Community Engagement Award

*Nonprofit Organization of the Year

* Small Business of the Year

* Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year

*Young Business Leader of the Year

* Business Person of the Year

The nomination deadline is January. 13. The jury will give priority to chamber members when reviewing nominations. An up-to-date list of members can be found on the Chamber website under Member Directory.

A business or individual can be nominated under more than one category.

Nominators can nominate multiple individuals and businesses in the same category and nominate themselves.

The nomination form asks for basic contact information of the nominee. Contact information, name, company, address, email and phone number are also required in case of any inquiries from the Annual Awards Committee.

The final section of the nomination form requires a short description of no more than 300 words explaining why the nominated individual or company deserves the award.

Other materials will also be accepted. For example, if the nominating business has won a Property Improvement Award, before and after photos of the renovation may be submitted. See the online nomination form for instructions on where to submit additional supporting materials.

Winners will be announced at the annual gala on March 9.
