The Bayside Business Association celebrates its 25th anniversary with its annual Golf Classic on Thursday, October 10th. 6. At Clearview Park Golf Course. Later that evening, the group’s founding members were honored at a dinner celebration.

During the Gala Dinner, awards were presented to individuals who have played a significant role in the development of the organization. These recipients include Robert Klein, Judith Limpert, Frank Scordo, Douglas Callahan and Rick Ritacco. Limpert also received a Community Achievement Award.

“I can’t say enough about what this organization owes Judy and how long she’s paid for it,” said Ed Probst, president of the Bayside Business Association. “She’s fought for Bayside for 25 years, and she’s done it without pay. It’s all. Voluntarily. She is totally committed to this organization. We would never be here if it weren’t for her, and she continues to fight for Bayside.”

In addition to honoring the organization’s founding members, awards were presented to the top performers in the Golf Classic.The top performers who were recognized at the event were Ross Keith, Rich Niles, Nick Zestanaakis and Joe Bensivinga. This year marks the organization’s 21st Golf Classic.

“We’re in growth mode right now,” Probst said. “We’ve been trying to find ways to reinvest in the organization and try to help businesses grow in Bayside. We’re continuing to find ways to grow the organization and help give back to Bayside, and it’s for all of you, and thank you all for coming.”
