Mid Missouri Mobile Home Transporting LLC – The owner of All Star Mobile Home Transport LLC faces multiple charges of deception and theft.
Brian Forsyth, 51, of Versailles, has been charged with two counts of fraudulent business practices and two counts of theft of more than $750.
Between November 3, 2020 and February 22, 2020, a man paid Forsyth more than $4,000 to move his mobile home from Kansas City, Kansas, to Chillicothe. According to the probable cause statement, Forsythe never moved it or offered a refund.
Another man paid Forsyth $8,100 in August. On February 28, 2021, he was going to move, but Forsyth didn’t move and didn’t give him a refund.
An arraignment hearing will be held at 9 a.m. on November 9. 8.
