A dozen catalytic converters from U-Haul stolen overnight

MANCHESTER, Conn. (WFSB) – Police say 16 catalytic converters were stolen overnight from a vehicle owned by a U-Haul company at 432 Oakland Street.

Upon arrival this morning, staff found damage to multiple cars and Manchester Police were notified.

The damaged vehicles included six vans, four pickup trucks and six vans, according to police.

Police said they gathered evidence from the scene and were working with the business to obtain more information.

Based on surveillance footage, three suspects are believed to have been involved in the theft.
